Using Clear Pass to get your Digital Vaccine Card

You will need: Mobile phone, ID (license or passport), Vaccination Record Card

1. Download App (iPhone | Android), and then open it.

   You will see a “Create your Health Pass” option, but you don’t need all those features, so…

2. Choose “Digital Vaccine card” option. (You might have to scroll down to find it.)

3. Enter Contact Info (email, then phone)

4. Enter Code (they’ll text it to you)

5. Agree to Terms

6. Scan Your ID (License or Passport)

7. Take photo of self

8. Verify photo by scanning face (try several times if necessary, with plenty of light on your face)

9. Choose a password to create your Clear account.

10. Take photo of vaccination card and enter dosage dates.

    That’s it! When you arrive at the event, you just need to open the Clear Pass app, and click on the “Digital Vaccine Card” button again to show your proof of vaccination status.
