What we do.

MedExecWomen is an organization dedicated to accelerating the positive impact of medical devices, diagnostics, drug delivery, and digital healthcare around the world by enhancing executives’ strategic skills and access to robust networks.

We strive to:

• Arm executives with strategies to navigate ambiguity and complexity in rapidly changing markets

• Strengthen executive contributions to healthcare through a connected, visible and inclusive leadership network 

• Increase the value brought to healthcare through effective and impactful leaders

Our annual conference, MedExecWomen2026, will be held in Boston on May 12, 2026.
